Joining and starting a shop on Svamart is free. There are basic selling fees: 10%-15% commission Fee will vary for different art from different seller.

Our sellers either use their own shipping partners or take advantage of the services of Svamart Shipping Partners. We charge a shipping fee of INR 990r below for orders below INR 800 or for orders over INR 1000 to be shipped free of charge. However, different vendors have their own terms and conditions.

Same day or overnight delivery is not why you should shop with us . In a lot of cases, the making and packing takes place an order. Also, our sellers being small players , are often working on handicraft or handmade art. So though we try our best to rush your orders, it might take 7-10 days.

Products are delivered only to certain pin codes. If an item is not deliverable to your PIN code, you will not be able to pick up this product.

If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible and you can mail us at info@svamart.com.

We try to make sure the inventory at svamart is always up to date. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable, you’ll be notified of the same immediately.

When you order a product, you get a notification via email or SMS. The seller prepares your order and ships your product to your given address. If the order cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and your money will be refunded.

Your account has been created through mobile number. or email-id, when you make a purchase for the first time. You stay logged in until you sign out. If you sign out, you can login again via email or mobile number and the password used to access your account.
